Murder?  “Yes” says the prosecution.  “No way” says the defendant.

 A Chautauqua High School senior disappears after a pre-graduation party never to be seen again.  Her abandoned car and blood spattered are left behind.  A bullet is found, but is it from the missing gun?  The crime scene analysts cannot agree on much. 

Was it a lovers’ quarrel, a love triangle gone awry, an argument that got out of control, or too much alcohol in underage students?

 Your challenge is to learn to represent each side to the best of your abilities and to guide the jury to the proper finding. Good luck.
