Registration InfoEarly Bird Registration: December 1, 2010 Last Day to register: December 17, 2010 The Registration and Code of Ethical/ Team Roster forms are interactive. There is no need to fill these out by hand becuase you are now able to type in the information and mail/ fax/ email them back to the CBA. These forms are in PDF and require Adobe Acrobat reader latest version (it's free) . Unless you have the full Adobe Acrobat Suite installed on your computer these forms can not be saved. Please fill and print out the registration forms by mail, fax or scan and email to cbamock@cobar.org Registration is not complete until full payment is recieved. Registration Form (This form is interactive) Code of Ethical Conduct/ Official Team Roster Form (This form is interactive) Colorado High School Mock Trial Program T-shirt form Media Interest Form (optional) Team Registration: Schools should register only those teams they plan to take to local tournaments. Do not register multiple teams if the intent is to drop teams as they approach tournament time. The team teacher sponsor is responsible for completing the registration process, i.e., responsible for not only the application but also the registration fee. Team Drop Penalties: Dropping teams places a difficult burden on tournament coordinators, especially when doing so results in uneven numbers of teams in tournament fields, as well as volunteer and courtroom issues. Any schools that drop a registered team prior to the December 17, 2010 deadline will be charged a $35 administration fee that will be deducted from the registration refund. Any teams that drop after the December 17, 2010 team drop deadline will forfeit their entire registration fee. |
